REFUND & WARRANTY
The trees are guaranteed to grow after they're planted, pending proper watering & care is being applied. If the tree doesn't grow during the first growing season (spring through fall of the year it's planted), the purchaser of the tree will be refunded or receive a similar product to replace the initial product.
